The need
An international designer and manufacturer of firefighting deluge systems for the oil and gas industry, required reliable means of mixing the RE-HEALING(TM) foam concentrates that are environmentally sustainable fluorosurfactant and fluoropolymer-free firefighting foam with seawater at reliable and consitent proportions under high pressure conditions.
The solution
We manufacture and supply Stainless Steel and Titanium threaded and wafer type flow control valves with specific flow rates for each system and project that the client designs. The constant flow control valves are fitted with E7 control rubbers, which operate up to 20 bar pressure differential. The materials used NORSOK certified and approved.
