Standpipes
We fabricate and supply a variety of standpipes for water authorities and private users. We can customise standpipes to meet your requirements.
Our standard range is available with a number of options:
- 1/2in or 3/4in galvanised steel pipe body.
- 1/2in or 3/4in bib tap.
- Double check valve.
- Pressure gauge fitting.
- Fire Hydrant base (2.1/2in Female).
- MSM base (1.1/2in Male).
- 2.1/2in Aluminium pipe.
- 2.1/2in Quick release fitting.
Examples of customized standpipe:
Twin Quick Stop Tap with double check valve with fire hydrant fitting. Used by South East Water as a temporary water bottle filling station during the London to Brighton Bike Ride.
Single Quick Stop Tap fitted with check valve, drain valve, shut-off valve, pressure reducing vavle and 25mm compression fitting. Used as a robust winterised standpipe for allotments.
Quick Release Hose tail with shut off valve and 63mm compression coupling. Used by Southern Water.
